Update: I placed a request for corrected ornament. Customer Service was awesome. They apologized, verified the correct information, communicated on production, shipping, and even sent communication to verify receipt and satisfaction. It was so cute, my other daughter wants one for her baby now.I ordered this ornament for my first granddaughter's first Christmas. I am surprised and disappointed to find so many errors made during printing. Actually, the only printed item that was correct was her name. I think someone else received my inserts, and I got theirs.

It's cute but pretty cheaply made. I paid almost double what it cost to order right now which is a much more appropriate price for the product you get.

The seller did not print everything as I had typed it out on each of the little charm pieces. Also, be sure to have a lot of patience stored to work on getting each individual piece in there. It does not come preassembled!

This is a really cute Christmas ornament and a great gift for anyone who has a new baby. You can even write the name of the kid on the brim of the hat of the snowman, if you have the right kind of marker (I think you need acrylic something). This rivals the quality of the ornaments you can buy at the mall around Christmas time and is about half the price. Super cute, easy gift for a new baby and something they will keep for a long time. I really like the little hat and mitten texture - I think it makes it unique and special.
