Wanted to love it, but can't bring myself to
I wanted to love this, but I just can't. The measurements on the listing are not right. I measured what we got and it's definitely shorter than they started. Even with the legs screwed in it is very flimsy. I can't stand how the back is tilted a little higher, so everything goes to the front. Our dog is very calm and when he simply eats the thing is swaying and tilting even worse. I would send it back, but my dog has already eaten from it and I felt that wasn't very sanitary. If you're looking to get this for a taller larger breed dog then I would suggest don't!!!

Nice, sturdy and easy to clean!
Bought this for my tall german shepherd. Bowls are kinda small. But it’s actually the perfect size cuz I dont give him too much food. And water is enough too because I always like to refill with clean water. It’s sturdy when water bowl is full and the other has food. When he eats, it doesnt move. But if you dont put water on the other bowl, the stand moves a little bit. But it’s ok. It’s my mistake of not putting water in the other bowl. Love this product so much. So easy to clean. And my silly dog prefers to eat in different areas. So i just lift it and move it around. So easy and light! He seems to have less difficulty in eating too. Maybe because the bowl is smaller? I just wish it was a tad bit taller. Other dogs who are tall have to bend down more than the shorter dogs. By summer, i will have to fill up both bowls with water if ever I am not home. These shepherds drink a LOT of water! But overall, it’s perfect. Buyer shipped it right away too and it arrived earlier than expected. So happy wth that! Definitely a MUST BUY! Well worth the money! Happy Mommy of spoiled German Shep boy!

Great feeder for the price.
My 11 year old Doberman has some extreme arthritis and it was getting harder for her to eat from the ground. I wasn't sure she'd like eating from an elevated surface so I looked for a cheap feeder. I have to day, I'm very impressed with this one. Overall it's pretty sturdy, which was a concern because she sometimes loses her balance and smashes into it. So far, no spills. It's also easy to clean. Water and food build up along the bottom rim of the feeder's surface but it fits in my kitchen sink for cleaning. Overall I would recommend it for someone who just needs a feeder and nothing fancy. For size reference, Stella is a 70 lb Doberman.

Creates More Problems Than it Solves
Well, it was inexpensive and that's the best you can say for it. The design actually holds the bowls at a slight tilt toward the dog, maybe as much as 20 degrees. As a result, you can't fill the water bowl very full, otherwise it runs out...but wait, the molded in lip will catch all the water that sloshes out when you put a fresh bowl of water in there. Of course the kibbles also get caught in there, so now you have dissolving kibbles that you need to clean out. The whole thing weighs about a pound empty and has slick feet, so when I fill up the water bowl and then put food in the other bowl, my 70 pound Boxer moves it about a foot across the room when he's trying to eat. That action also sloshes water everywhere, which actually does get caught by the molded in lip...the only thing that actually is right about this product. The question on my mind is, did the guys who engineered this thing even have a dog? Save your money, go to a real pet store, look at the product in person and get it right the first time. It will cost more, but "Buy once, cry once," really applies here.

Great feeder!
First off I've been looking for an elevated feeder for a few months now, I've looked at walmart and Petco and local pet shops. They have always been overpriced or not as high up as I needed. My doggo is 95 lbs. Hes a ridgeback lab mix. We love him as he was our first born. Anyway, hes 7 now and we noticed he eats A LOT slower this past year or tends to gulp up his food slowly as hes trying to defy gravity. Hes always been fed with bowls on the floor. But recently he was taking long breaks in between bites. He also had lyme disease last year so he was even more sluggish (hes back to his normal self) I decided that an elevated feeder would be more comfortable for him (hes 49 in dog years 🤷🏻♀️). That being said I received this feeder TODAY. I love it! We didnt get the storage one since we already had a dog food storage container that fits 30lbs of food. It fits nicely next to the food storage container under our windowsill in our kitchen. There is space under the window where a radiator used to be. It fits perfectly! Its light weight, easy to assemble and the perfect height for my dog. He looked at it and was hesitant at first. I put food in the bowl and he immediately ate then wagged his tail with excitement. I think hes more comfortable eating and doesn't have to strain his neck down to eat. My cat likes it too. The water bowl is still within reach for him. My only issue (and it's a very minor issue) is that the bowls sit at a forward facing angle so you just have to watch how much water you put into it. If you fill it all the way up and place the bowl in the hole it will flow out the front. But thats the only issue. Other than, that 5 stars for price, design and functionality 👌

Do not Recommend
My feeder arrived broken. It was cracked at one of the bowl holes. I was in a DIY mood when I got it, so with the help of some gorilla glue and some patience, I was able to “fix” it. Unfortunately, the crack wasn’t the only issue; the legs don’t secure very well and buckle under any pressure. I’ve had to clean up so much soggy food and water. Even had it not arrived cracked, this thing would still be a dud. I’ve added two cross bars to this to help sturdy the legs, which has helped... but the plastic is still pretty lightweight and the entire thing moves with the slightest touch.

It's lasted a few weeks already of heavy use
I deducted a star because it was missing the screw needed to keep the legs locked in place. My jar full of old screws came through (everyone needs an old jar full of screws, nuts, bolts, etc.). I fully expected the dog to slide it all over the tile floor, but the little rubber grippers on the bottom of the feet work well, it hasn't slid around, even though it's very light.

Product is far from real life ready.
I really do not like to post bad reviews. However in this case, its vital, especially if you are ordering from Canada.I would discourage owners of medium and large breed dogs, from buying this product. 1st, because it has a poor design and 2nd due to the fact it is not balanced or weighted properly. The product is top heavy once filled with food and water. This device wobbles like a fresh bowl of Jello. This stand is not ideal for large breed dogs such as my Labrador cross. When my fur baby tries to get the the food at the bottom of the bowl, the whole stand wobbles which cause the water to spill: on to the stand, the food bold, and on the floor. My next concern, the product requires assembly, and the manufacturer do not provide the screws to fasten the product together. Did quality control fall asleep on this day?My other concerns includes poor communication from the seller and Amazon.Product was purchase from Amazon.ca, but was fulfilled by Amazon.com.By the time I was aware this was coming from the States, I felt stuck, and unable to stop the transaction. This caused duties and import taxes to be charged to my credit card. Annoyed, damn straight I am. Having to pay for a Amzon.com membership that just salt on the wound. To make matters worse, to return this product means I have to pay export and duties to send it back. Annoyed, damn straight I am once again.I feel like I purchased a bill of sale. I will sending this off to the VV boutique.

I was really excited but it’s causing more headaches 🙄
This feeder is right height and I chose it as it said spill proof. BUT it’s not , not at all and I can’t even fill up a full water dish without the rims of feeder becoming SOAKED and trust me it no NOT easy to dump, I have to dump excess water on my floor and mop it up ‘:((( I really needed a good water feeder as I have 3 big dogs and the water is changed at least 5-6 times a day but they aren’t drinking out of this one as much as before They don’t like still water ( the water around the bowls ) so I fill the dishes up half and it’s gone or slobbery so it gets changed but I only dump the feeder once a day as it makes a huge mess I guess I’ll keep it as I didn’t see another one that was tall and was actually spill proof so I guess I’ll have to alter it or something 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
