Handy monitor
This is handy to carry in my bag. It is a sturdy machine of good quality. It needs to be put on correctly having your wrist at heart height or it gives misleading readings. I prefer the armband one for accuracy but this is a compact handy monitor to keep on the go.

Quick and easy
Works well but ensure it sits on forearm below wrist joint.

BRILLIANT
I have an Omron cuff BP machine ,I was told it needed calibrating ,now to me that is double dutch . The machine has given lots of service , but the readings were wrong,so low I thought I had died, and then too high I was waiting for the same !!!! This little gem is sooooo easy ,no more fighting with the cuff and getting "Error" .I have found out my readings are normal, so L am going to live a lot longer

Superb 👌
Absolutely brilliant, small, non painful, very comfortable and ultra quick. The upper arm cuff on our existing BP machine would really hurt my wife due to her large upper arm, this wrist machine is a revelation, I cannot praise it enough and such good value, take my advice and dump your old unit and buy this one, your old one is probably ready to be renewed anyway, guaranteed you will not be disappointed, and no I do not work for OMRON 😉

Brilliant blood pressure machine
Easier to use than an upper arm sphygmomanometer. Good value for money, extremely portable.

Not accurate / stick to the arm cuff version.
Consistently gave inaccurate and higher readings than a standard OMRON monitor. The standard arm cuff monitor gave the same readings (for two separate people) over several days. On each occasion we took 3 readings at a time (as per GP instruction) and all were within a margin of each other. However the wrist cuff version consistently gave wildly different readings (110, 120, 130) even with the OK symbol (which is meant to indicate you have placed the wrist cuff correctly). I bought for my Mum to test her own blood pressure. She very much liked the idea of ease of use (as did I) - however neither of us felt that the inaccuracy we have found justifies any ease of use. We tested the product for several days before introducing to my Mum. The standard arm cuff versions are excellent and whilst they may seem a "bit more of a faff" as she put it, they are not hard to use (or hard to mis-use). As I explained to her if you can put your arm in the sleeve of a blouse/jacket, you can use this. Whilst I applaud Omron for making this version (its a great idea) the random results are concerning.
