No one to turn to
Its very difficult to figure out the very vague instructions. After we started assembling the bike we realized there was a noticeable hole in the front tire. Also on the front fender there was signs of rust. I tried to reach out for replacement parts and my only option was to take apart what I had already put together for a refund or just eat it.
