Need to improve both performance of the productos with all security system and customer service
The quality of the battery is very bad related to the digital panel, very difficult to use and install, strong, it has good design and shape. Also, the siren out of the blue start making noice and we have to unplug it because it does not stop.

For the money it is well worth it
Great product for the money. Customer service was extremely helpful. Works like a charm.

Was debating between ADT and buying my own security system.Got this system and I'm super satisfiedThis is extremely easy to adjust with the app and connecting to the wifi and Alexa!Works awesome and the price is low consider all you get!Recommended

Directions are written by a non-english speaker
The directions are written by a foreigner. Super difficult to install. In order for the door to chime when they open, it says door bell? Who says that! If you're going to put out a product in the US, make sure you have someone who is 100% fluent in English to write your directions. I would not recommend this. Obviously the other 5 star reviews were written by someone who works for the company since they are all so close in time.

Do not waste your money
DO NOT BUY. YOU CAN NOT RENAME DOOR ALARMS, YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE PIN. THERES NO WIFI BONDING FOR MOBILE APP. Terrible system
