Straws fit perfectly. I do have a problem with a gift hydrojug. The handle broke off as I was trying open it. Is there somewhere I can exchange it? I love it so much. I used it everyday, at work. I work at a doggie daycare & it’s essential. Please help.

Did not fit
I’m not sure if i got a bad batch but these did not fit my 32oz Traveler jug. The straw is bent inside from the amount of force I needed just to shut it
