I needed a neck brace before my surgery for my neck pain is very intense. I have 3 dics I am having removed and replaced and then fusion done to hold them in place on c5 c6 c7. I was so disappointed when my brace came. It is off center so it fits very uncomfortable. When looking at the back you can see the white plastic is uneven with the foam. When I put it on the right side goes up to the top of me right ear which hurts my ear, and the left side rests at the bottom of my left ear. I even made the adjustments on both sides to match yet it still sets uneven.I feel I should be able to get a refund for this defective product. I am not interested in a replacement because I had to buy another neck brace.

Works well and takes up less space.

Only small item of difficulty is popping the chin support out. We'll see if it holds up to our Scouts

This c collar is the one that's most used in ems and it's easy and simple to use and effective as well.
