Expensive but very nice
Marzipan and cherry and booze..what's not to love. Not cheap and you only get a few. But very nice.

These Marzipan Chocs are over priced for Amazon
Being German this was the only marzipan I could buy online, and the price was extortionate, but for only a Birthday gift - I had no choice.Chocolate is very dark and the cherry on the top is a beautiful steeped in alcohol glace cherry sat on a bed of marzipan, which isn't over sweet. So more almonds than sugar in the mix.Only 8 Chocolates in the box (or 6) They were gone so quick, I didn't have chance to count them!Quick delivery though.

I believe that any high quality, dangerously delicious and still rather unhealthy (sugar factor) products must be expensive, so that it makes us think twice and limit the amount of risky pleasure.

Very expensive for what you get
You cannot taste the kirsche so not that brilliant very expensive they work out at £1.50 as their are only six in the box

Tiny box for a lot of money
I have bought this for a present. A very small box for £9.95. It’s my own fault I get caught out every time with the chocolate sellers on this site. I hope next Christmas I remember not to buy any sweets or chocolates. Cannot understand why they are so expensive.

Marzipan heaven
Niederegger marzipan is wonderful in any form but these kirsch chocolates are on another level.True there are only 6 but they are large chocolates and really even I, marzipan fiend, can only eat 1. The kirsch is subtle so doesn’t overwhelm the delicate marzipan and high quality dark chocolate.All in all, a very high quality, nicely balanced marzipan chocolate. Definitely on my re-order list.
