After that, the power is ON with the remote, but the heating coil does not work. May be it burnt out.

Warming the gazebo
I like to sit at our gazebo on our fishing dock but with the cooler weather I thought those days would be done. I ordered this hanging patio heater and now can continue my relaxation. This is easy to hang up it has a 16 ft chain. It has 3 heat settings and I have to say that the warmth that this puts out will allow me to be out there most of the winter. (I live in Florida so it is not below 50 degrees most of the time but I do get cold with anything under 72 degrees). I am recommending this patio heater.
