I bought the machine last week and have used it a few times. While I am often suspicious with these kind of tools, I have to say that I am pleasant surprised by its performance. I cook often and try to eat healthy food, so having such a tool save me more time and make my job much easier, in terms of preparing the salad ingredients and grating cheese, for example.The most impressive part of the tool is its powerful motor, which can handle vegetables such as carrots or cucumbers quite easily, and can shred hard cheeses without any problems. It makes some noise but that is tolerable.The machine is also very easy to assemble and clean. The parts snap together easily, and you can put the parts into washing machine to get it cleaned.It also comes with several blades, which makes it easy to cut different types of vegetables or cut them into different shapes.Overall, it’s a quite good product and I definitely recommend it to those who like salad and hate slicing tomato (or carrots, etc.). It’s a powerful, convenient, and relatively inexpensive tool for every kitchen!

I already had a hand crank shredder for cheese. That's all I am interested in doing btw. I am a carnivore diet person so i was looking for a shredder that could take on the hard cheeses and this baby does that to the max! Highly recommend this particular cheese grater (I know it does more than that and cannot speak to the other foods but...) as far as hard parm and pecorino imported cheeses and the like, this is your go to grater. i looked long and hard for the perfect grater and this machine has not let me down. If it does i will be back to let ya'll know about that but so far so good and I have had it for a few months now. P.S. Don't expect it to be a quiet machine but I didn't care about that as I don't usually grate cheese when family is sleeping anyway. :)

UPDATE- Amazing customer service! I was able to get a new spinning mechanism sent to me after their concern with the break. I didn't receive the replacement blades in the photo, though but I'm still overall pleased with the seller!Avoid!! I LOVED this thing. I recommended it to so many people. It was used many times. Until it decided today to break apart while in use. I got this for us at Christmas. It lasted until today, May 19. Barely 5 months of use and can't even return it.

It's a good machine, but if you use it for any more than a small block of cheese, the fat will mess things up due to it's stickiness. I tried freezing the cheese, but that just made the spinning apparatus crack. I'm sure it'll be good on vegetables though.

It came in great timing. It was sturdy and did not move while I used it. It was easy to clean. I was not pleased with the fact I did not get much cheese most of the cheese was on the outside of the blades.

How convenient this shredder is! So easy to clean, the different blade pop right in and out. The shredding attachment attaches and releases with ease! Set it on the counter, and the suction cups keep unit in place. Shredding unit is large enough for medium sized potatoes, whether for chips or augratin! Love that you have a choice of flat cut or wavy! Very lightweight unit. This will be taking the place of my mandolin for sure.
