Samsung 27 in. 5.8 cu. ft. Black Stainless Steel Front Load Washer with Super Speed Wash and Steam

The washer arrived a couple of days late but the company did arrive and delivered the washer. I set the washing machine up and so far it's great on washing cycles and saving water. The pedestal bottom makes the washing unit stand taller and easy to use the washer, the washer was easy to use and learn with the ability to switch which way you want to open your washer door when setting the washer. Not to mention the Samsung app helps track and monitor your washer remotely.

The media could not be loaded. We have the stainless steel version. After the first few months it began making a loud squealing sound during the spin cycle. Repairman came out, replaced the drum and some other parts. It didn't fix the problem. Repairman came out about 3 more times. Still couldn't fix the noise issue. So he ordered more another drum and the drum housing and something that looks like an alternator core. Those parts are still sitting in my garage 2 years later, because repairman said it couldn't be fixed and unit should be replaced, and Samsung just left us hanging. So we kept using it because we had no choice. The noise got lower louder, to the point that you can't hear the TV in the living room over the jet engine howl of the washer. That's been going on for about a year. And the past 2 weeks it started making a loud knocking noise as well. And yesterday something has completely broken and the drum won't spin clockwise, and therefore the wash cycle will not complete. So we have this $800 piece of garbage that Samsung won't honor.
