I have been using techo phones for a very long time and I have changed to different models till date. Infact in my home we all use tecno mobiles. But Tecno phantom V Fold 2 is awesome. The looks are very good so as the make of this mobile. The main big screen after opening has a slight crease in the center due to the folding/opening maybe because of the hinges behind it. But I feel that's normal in foldable phones. When folded it is very compact but still big like other phones, Ram is 12+12gb therefore it fast and has 512gb storage. The camera is very good. Very good sound. Easy to use and navigate throughout. It has fast charging. There is a slight heating when charging but I feel that's normal because all phones heatup when charging. This is the best mobile phone I ever had till date. This is a must buy phone instead of buying costly foldable phones. Try the product to know more about it. It's worth the money and value for money.

I never though I would give 1 star to this phone.. As I was literally waiting for this phone to be released. I've already used tecno phantom fold first version.. I was so impressed with that phone that even though it's display went dead suddenly after 1 year of purchase, I still decided to buy this fold 2 considering how good fold 1 was.. That was my big mistake.. Since the day of purchase, I.e ,20th Dec 2024,the hinge seemed somewhat tight... Unlike fold 1 which was so easy to open.. I thought may be because it's a new one.. It's tighter.. And I hardly unfolded the phone these past few days as I was very busy with my work.. Yesterday I was trying to unfold it as wanted to use 2 screens.. It was tighter.. I gave a but more pressure and suddenly heard a Crack sound and flickering of display of mainscreen.. I was immediately reminded of the sudden dead screen of my first tecno fold one.. That one lasted atleast 1 Yr.. This one hardly lasted 15 days.. I tool it to nearby carlcare Centre.. That guy was saying you should have escalated this hinge problem immediately before the screen broke.i don't know if I can do anything now. Or you have to pay 56000 rs for main screen replacement. Imagine the pain when a device which you bought with so much anticipation at a price of 80k.. Again costing 56k for repair.. Hope the tecno team will sort this out without me spending huge money from my pocket. If I have to pay 56k for it.. I would rather keep it aside and buy some other phone.. Amazon has accepted to take the product back and issue refund.. I have returned the product but after few days Amazon was denting refund saying that wrong item was sent.. When I've contacted them, they told me product received was same but their is mismatch in some serial number..when I have asked them to show proof they are not showing. And moreover they are refusing to return the product back. The pickup boy has confirmed everything during pick up.. Worst customer service by Amazon.. They are not issuing refund and also not returning the phone back.. Pathetic service from Amazon. I have bought atleast 15 mobiles from Amazon and shop atleast 15k to 20k every month from Amazon.. Yet their customer service is worst..

Good quality. I bought it in January 2025 after it's launch. After almost 1 year of usage, I can say it's worth the money. Big screen. Good camera. Good OS

I purchased this foldable phone just 3 months ago and had been using the inner fold screen regularly. However, during a recent vacation, the inner screen wasn’t used for a few weeks. When I resumed using it, I heard cracking sounds, and the screen went completely blank. It felt as though the screen had stiffened due to lack of use, and the pressure from opening it caused the failure. Assuming this was a manufacturing defect given the short ownership period, I visited Carlcare service centers in both Marathahalli and Bommanahalli (both of which appeared poorly maintained, by the way). To my surprise, the technician claimed it was “physical damage” and quoted ₹17,000 for a screen replacement — no warranty coverage. Honestly, this feels like a huge mistake. For that price, I could have gone for a OnePlus Open or even a Samsung Fold 6 for a bit more. Very disappointing experience overall. I’d strongly advise others to think twice before buying this device. Learn from my mistake.

I already own phantom v Fold 1st gen so I am quite aware of tecno's UI and I am found of it, the best part is for only 54999/- not only I got foldable phone but also bigger storage of 512gb all my need were met with this phone and I am quite satisfied with the overall features and all the things that this phone offers. List of features I like, 1. Battery Life is really good. 2. Camera quality is also up the today's standards and does not disappoint. 3. Can't forget the elephant in the room the main screen is amazing too. 4. With 12gigs of ram and dimensity processor the performance is not bad for such price range. 5. I haven't noticed any heating issues in phone. Overall quite satisfied. Please note I know I brought folding phone so it comes with constant worry for the main screen to get damage So I purchased insurance with it as well and I strongly recommend you to do so. With that if anything happens to your phone you walk out from service centre with zero worries to fix your phone. Happy shopping.
