Love this colloidal silver spray. For mouth sores, the spray makes it easy to get to the spot. For skin issues, the spray works wonderfully. I had some type of eye infection so I took an eye dropper and put a couple of drops in my eye and it cleared it right up within 24-48 hours. This is my 3rd bottle....it lasts a long time.
