I wanted to love this so bad. Seems like a really good deal for all of these items. The proofing basket was extremely small and came damaged. The other oval one was fine but again really small. I just wasn't expecting the size. Slightly larger than a cereal bowl

Love this kit! The only thing I needed to buy apart from this kit for my sourdough journey is a food scale and a Dutch oven!
