The Perfect Solution
I have always been intolerant of heat. As a child I spent summers in my parents' basement (pre A/C; I'm 82). Over the years I've tried myriad cooling devices so I could be out and about in the summer or exercise at any time. I have tried a lot of products. My previous best option was a vest I constructed from mesh laundry bags, blue gel ice packs, and fitted sheet corner straps .This neck wrap is perfect. It has stayed cold more than the two hours claimed. It's easy to work with and stays in place during workouts. It is comfortable in many ways including the fit around the neck, the weight, and the soft fabric. But for the cool, I would not be conscious of it being around my neck. Not only that, it doesn't look weird as did my vest. I find no shortcomings at all.

AMAZING!! One small detail I'd change
Best ice pack ive ever bought. It stays cold for a long time and is super soft and comfortable. My only small critique is that the button to secure it around your neck is way to low so it doesn't keep it up against your neck, it holds it too loose. Not a big deal though, grab and hair tie or a rubber band to secure it if it that's something that would bother you too. Still worth it since this is a great price and most soft/comfortable ice packs dont stay cold long and the ones that last are usually uncomfortable and stiff. Love this thing.

Targeted Cold Therapy That Delivers
I deal with a scalp nerve disorder that, when triggered, sends radiating tingling from my scalp down into my forehead and cheek area. The only real relief I’ve found is from using ice caps.I’ve tried two other brands before, but they only stayed cold for about 15 to 20 minutes—and worse, they gave me an intense brain freeze right from the start. The Comfcube cap stays cold for 1 to 2 hours, and rather than hitting you with a freezing blast, it gradually gets colder as you wear it, which makes a huge difference in comfort. While the cap does not provide cooling coverage across the top of the head (the reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 stars), it does wrap around the sides of the head and extends down to cover the forehead and face, just like in the product photo. Still, it has helped with my issue so much I bought a second one, so I always have a backup ready when I need it.

Good, simple gel pack for icing knees
My wife had knee replacement. Found this to ease pain and cover the full knee area. Works great, stays cold, stays in place, and is easily adjustable. Gets cold quickly, so don't have to just keep it in the freezer unless you actively need it.

10/10 ice pack
I dont usually leave reviews but I definitely felt obligated to leave this one. I had my tonsils removed last week and it hasn't been a walk in the park. Until yesterday I had been using ziplock bags with ice to help ease the pain. Woke up several times soaked from the bags leaking. And it just wasnt comfortable. Found this and thankfully it had 1 day shipping. It has been amazing. Its soft, stretchy, and comfortable. It doesnt take long to freeze and theres no issues with having coverage in the right places. It stayed cold and frozen for approx. 2 hours. Also it isnt unbearablely cold to have on your face. I will most definitely be purchasing more.

Good cold, largely non-functional straps
What is really good: the ice wrap is nicely heavy, hadfairly cold intensity with the small Frozen cubes within the lining, and stays cold or reasonable amount of time. What is really bad: the velcro straps were designed by morons. They put the sticky parts of the velcro on non-opposing sides. You can't make the straps stick to one another unless you twist them around, so that they won't sit flat against you. Stupid and unnecessarily uncomfortable. I got these so that I could put them on and walk around, but you really can't, as you can't fasten them securely. So I'm using them, but not nearly as good as they could have been if assembled by someone who actually put them on for 10 seconds or more and spotted the ridiculously obvious Velcro problem.

A Must-Have for Wisdom Teeth Recovery!
If you’ve recently had your wisdom teeth removed, you need this ice pack in your life! I can’t even imagine going through the recovery process without it. After my surgery, this ice pack was a lifesaver. It’s not only effective, but it’s also surprisingly comfortable, making the whole recovery experience a lot more bearable.First off, the size is perfect! It’s big enough to cover both sides of my jaw, which is exactly what I needed. The gel inside the pack stays cold for a decent amount of time—about 30-45 minutes per application—so I didn’t have to keep swapping it out too often. The cold helps reduce swelling and pain, and I could really feel the relief after just a few minutes. It was especially comforting during the first few days when I was dealing with the worst of the swelling and discomfort. The fabric is soft and the straps make it easy to secure the ice pack around my face. No more awkwardly trying to hold an ice pack in place while I’m laying on the couch! It’s designed to fit comfortably and doesn’t feel too tight or restrictive, which is important when you’re already dealing with enough soreness. The only downside is that it takes a little while to refreeze the gel inside, but honestly, that’s a minor issue when the ice pack works so well. Plus, I just kept an extra one in the freezer for quick swaps, so it wasn’t a big deal at all.Overall, I highly recommend this ice pack if you’re recovering from wisdom teeth surgery! It’s a simple yet essential product that really helps with reducing swelling and easing the discomfort. It made my recovery so much more manageable, and I can’t imagine going through it without it!Also, i bought 2 of them so i could alternate! It was essential for quick healing!
