Cracked the first time I used it
Not flexible enough to twist / flex to loosen frozen cubes.

utter rubbish, I was carefully trying to remove the ice, the first time i used it, it shattered like glass. a sharp shard hit me in the eye, bits went everywhere. From the reviews this is not the first time this has happened. Seemed to just go as the ice moved.
