This truly is a game changer tool. Made the job to reinstall shims super easy. The profile is exact so you don’t have to worry about damaging the shims when hammering them back in.

If you want to have a great carrier bearing preload, you need this tool to insert those tight shims right on the spot without damaging them. This tool is impressive right out of the box, thick and solid material, all organized on a very nice box. Can't wait to see it in action.

This tool set feels very well made and certainly is nice to have for doing differential work. I am glad to have it in my toolbox.

Used this along with a differential spreader to get the spacers back into the axle on my Jeep after replacing the carrier bearings. Very well made purpose-built tools, albeit expensive.

I am rebuilding axles on both of my jeeps so I figured I would get setup with all the proper tools. This makes it easy to install the thicker shims. You can't use it to pound in shin shims as they will just bend. I'm glad I have this tool and hope to get a lot of use out of it.

I must say at first I thought man this tool is to much money and I can do my Danna 35 with out it. ( Not!!!) I broke one of the main shims and it cost me $70.00 to buy a new one. So I bought this tool and found that it made the install of the shims so easy that I had the whole setup in place in 15 mins! Well worth the money.
