Great easy to setup

excelente producto las cámaras son de metal se ven y se sienten muy bien el monitor no es táctil pero no lo necesita el mouse trabaja bastante bien es rápido y el sistema operativo es muy rápido la imagen es muy nítida y en zoom trabaja increíble para seleccionar solo ver una cámara lo haces con un doble clic sencillo y la app fácil de usar y programar las cámaras es muy fácil este producto lo recomiendo ampliamente le daría 10 estrellas pero solo permite 5

It’s a good price, was easy to set up.However, it is very limited and only works with the cameras they came with. I purchased 2 of their ptz cameras but could not get them to work with this nvr. It’s viewable thru the app as an additional device so they can charge you for cloud storage. (I just purchased sd cards for recording.)I spoke to tech support a few times over about 2 weeks of them having me do various steps, but nothing worked. I’m quite disappointed because I purchased this for the ability to have up to 10 cameras which is actually not the case at all.If you’re looking to expand and add cameras I do not recommend this product.****UPDATED REVIEW 10/1/2024****The latest update they made has improved dramatically! I can now see ALL of my cameras even the additional ptz ones I purchased separately.NOW I can truthfully say this product and additional cameras are a great deal.It’s much easier to navigate playback and search through recordings.I highly recommend it.I give it only 4 stars (from 1 star) because of the annoying attempts in the app to get you to purchase the cloud service, it’s a bit much.PS No, i have not been compensated for this review.

I need to be able to record to an external hard drive. Or be able to copy the internal hard drive data to an external hard drive. I need to save the data for an extended period of time. If i cannot i may have to return the system. 30 days at a time on a loop is not enough for me.

This did not last long, the members of the club kept changing out the cord from the receiver to the cameras and this caused the cameras to short circuit. Would be better if the cord for the receiver did not fit in the cameras.
