Great Mouse with a Unique Design
The Gravastar Mercury X Pro looks amazing and performs even better. It’s lightweight, comfortable to use, and very responsive. The wireless connection is stable, battery life is solid, and it feels premium overall. Perfect for both work and gaming. Highly recommend.

Seriously good mouse.
I have been using this mouse for over a year now and have had nothing but great results with it. I've used everything from ultra-lights, to heavy G502s and this is by far the smoothest mouse I've ever used. It feels like a genuine feather and has 5 sets of skates, including one surrounding the optical laser in the center instead of your typical large front to back you might find on other gaming mice. The looks alone sell this mouse, but the hardware it packs in genuinely top notch. It includes a browser based app accessible through a website to adjust everything firmware related and it's very nice, requiring no software to be installed locally. In Low Power mode, 1000hz 2.4ghz mode I get easily over 1 entire months use without needing to charge, whereas I work on my PC every day 8+ hours including gaming.

Would buy again, awesome mouse.
Love this mouse, absolutely pull the trigger on it. I went from a Final Mouse (battery doesnt hold a charge that long after 6+ years of use) , to a Logitech Superlight (cheap mouse with a not cheap price, terrible battery life) , to a pwnage trinity (literally the worst mouse I've ever used, left click broke after a month) , and this mouse is easily right up there with Final Mouse. Battery life is consistent, getting a week or more off a charge, it's super light weight, and the feel of it is premium with minimal plastic parts to the touch. It uses a web based app for setting which I prefer as well, so overall I'm extremely happy with it.

From a mouse junkie... Nearly Perfect
I was pleasantly surprised by the Gravastar Mercury X Pro... This mouse is really great and has the features we're all looking for (3950 sensor, 8k polling rate, adjustable LOD, motion sync) all wrapped up in a downloadable OR web interface. I love having the choice - you can configure the mouse via webpage, or via the software to download. The RGB is great. I usually don't pick mice with it, I go for the $100-150 class mouse (I have around 10 of them, too). This mouse is definitely up there in the quality department, it feels just as nice as my other $170 magnesium mouse. The look is stunning and unique, I love the default colorway and it really stands out. It's a pleasure to use, except... Side slits :( Side slits :( Side slits :(... this is the only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars. Your thumb and ring/pinkie fingers on the side of the mouse will be holding slits. It's not so bad, they feel okay, but man would this mouse feel amazing with solid sides. I'm recommending to the vendor: Make the sides solid in the next revision. Give us something nice to hold onto. Ultimately there are two types of customer feelings about side slits: you've got the people who don't notice or care, and you've got the people that the side slits drive nuts. I am one of the people who go nuts about them. Your design is either going to drive people nuts with the feel of side slits, or it's going to be ignored by people who don't even notice. If you go with solid sides, you'll please people like me, and the rest of the customer base won't even notice. All in all I would give this mouse a square 8/10. It's almost perfection, every single spec ticks the right box for a high end mouse (what type of switches were used I don't believe was listed - they feel pretty good generally, I can't tell if it's optical or magnetic so I mean, good job). Maybe improve the switches and give us solid sides for the next version, and that'll be an 11/10 mouse.

Superior to premium plastic mice
Perfect design and great build quality. I wear Large size gloves and I prefer larger than normal mice. While the Mercury X is not as big as my IntelliMouse Pro; I still prefer using the Mercury X. The biggest reason is that I like the stiffness or rigidity; I feel like this helps keep my hands from getting tired after working/playing for a long time. Also, the material does feel cooler to the touch. All plastic mice get sticky after an hour of play since our hands release natural oils. This Magnesium Allow does help with this; though, I'm not sure how much I would attribute to this factor or the skeletal design itself. The slotted/skeletal design does not negatively affect your grip as I've read on the forums that some people are worried about. Instead, because the sides are slotted, you don't have that sticky/oily thumb feeling that you get with even a high-end plastic mouse. I like this enough that I purchased both the Mercury X and the Mercury X Pro. Both are identical aside from the fact that the Pro allows for 8k (which I don't even use) but it was on sale so it made the upgrade the same price. Oh, connection via dongle is the only way I do it and it works perfectly. The application to manage and update the mouse is simple to use and does not install malware. Value: Absolutely worth it in my book. Its like a monitor, you're staring at it all day so ante up and buy a good quality one. Do the same for the keyboard and mouse that your touching all day.

Great mouse! Sadly it was too small for me.
This seems like a good mouse. Very easy to set up and use. Its incredibly light, smooth, and fast, without any noticeable lag or stutter. The only problem for me was that it was way too small for my hand. I got the Pro version thinking it would be big enough for my hand, but I was wrong. My thumb kept accidentally hitting the side buttons. There wasn't a way to avoid them. I guess this mouse would be awesome if you had really small hands. (for reference, my hands aren't huge. I think they're pretty average man sized hands. Glove size large.)
