I am diabetic and I can tell when I forget ro take these. They smooth out my blood sugar without any stomach discomfort.

It is hard to give an analysis of a product you have only used for 1 month. This supplement is supposed to be a health and longevity supplement, so I don't really know how to rank that as of now. I mean, they arrive on time and in the new condition described, but I can't tell how it has done health-wise. I can say that I have not had any stomach upset, and there is really no smell. However, there is a bit of a weird after-taste when I swallow them that lingers long enough that I have to have a few more swallows of water before it goes away. I haven't noticed an increase in my energy levels; it seems about the same. I can't definitively say take them or don't take them, as yet. Maybe I will know more later and will be in a better position to judge my ongoing outcome. I can say that I don't seem to have had any ill effects from the supplement, so that is a good thing, so it's not conflicting with all the other meds I take, so far. So I guess, read the ingredients list, and if you do not see anything on there that could bother you give the supplement a try and see how it goes for you.

The supplyment effects may take a longer period, (i.e. 30 days) to kick in. It is a little disappointed that the bottle doesn't print the origin of made, a safety concern of how the pill is made. As for tasting experience, it smells and tastes with a lot of turmeric contains.
