I have bought one in the past that never worked which is a bummer since my husband‘a favorite dessert is creme brûlée, this one works great!

Not only was this torch half the cost of what Smoke Shops in my area charge, but the quality and performance of this torch are vastly better than those being sold in stores around Las Vegas.

This torch is very nice and it allows for a versatile amount of uses. My only complaint is that the handle may be too wide and uncomfortable for some and it feels a bit cheaper than I'd like. Otherwise, this will definitely candy items, create creme brulee, and torch things to your hearts content. For a second revision of this item, I would recommend making it more ergonomic and adding a nicer feel to it, if possible.Would recommend!

The function is very basic, you twist the dial at the head to on or off mode, then you press down with your thumb on the trigger.Another pro is that it is very light and easy to handle. This is a very user friendly torch and has a basic function.
