Not only description of instruction, but also pictures to help me understand.This book is soo much better, than others that I've purchased.The book is great, but the ability to follow along on You Tube access provided in the book really helps.

Basic approach. Nothing fancy. Make sure you check out the video on the Internet. That's the key part to the method. The teacher delivered the lessons at a slow pace and then at a normal pace. Works well!
