Working well so far. I haven’t been taking it very long but these seem to work as well as the other more expensive brand with less additives.

As an experienced supplement user I can tell when something actually does what it claims to do and is at the potency and quality you'd expect. This product delivered but personally I don't think Malate form Magnesium is the best for me when compared with L-theronate and Tauranate. So if you have CFS or your Doc or Natropath has instructed you to get Malate specifically go ahead with this one. The Citramate version gave me a little acid reflux so I tried just Malate but felt depressed energy levels and a little foggy headed. I might just end up using this form at night to help sleep. As the Taurate form I have to take early otherwise it interferes with my sleep.
