works perfect!
this item really works great. It takes a few nights to get used to if you've never worn a mouth gaurd, so keep that in mind. I also ended up cutting off the front clip part, which made it more comfortable for my mouth size. But otherwise works perfect and if you clean them each day they last quite a while!

Do not purchase
This item is ridiculous, do not purchase!! It is not as described, will not stay in your mouth properly for the elimination of teeth grinding. Very disappointed and Amazon will not allow it to be returned.

not comfortable if worn on upper teeth
work well. the anti-slip tab gets in the way and can be uncomfortable if used on upper teeth

Flimsy and thin
Very flimsy and doesn't have a lot of cushion to keep your teeth apart to stop the grinding. I ended up wearing through one in a month. Runs big. Had to cut part of it away to fit my mouth, which was very easy to do with a pair of scissors.

Look at image more closely. The hook thing in front isn't for me
If you not used to having something at the front of your mouth Don't get them. Its uncomfortable. Not feeling comfindence on packing. Using it only because I don't have my usual ones on hand.

tiny and work great!
My go-to for sleep teeth grinding. They take some getting used to, but they are so much better than the full mouth guards.

Did not fit
I don't know about the "one size fits all" claim, I tried it out and it's way too big for my mouth, it doesn't fit at all and does not stay in place even a little bit. So it was a complete miss for me.
