Decent for the price, great customer service
We got two 36" units to put together as storage for a sewing room. The assembly process was fairly easy, if you are used to these kinds of flat-pack products. The hinges were not as easy to work with as the instructions indicated, so I attached them in a different order and method. I did not use the included leveling feet, as we wanted it down to the floor, so I had to use a few shims here and there to help with leveling. Probably would not have needed to if we'd been on carpet. I used two 4" angle brackets per unit to attach to the wall; the included little bracket did not reach our wall (because of the wall trim making the units too far away from the wall.) At 36" the shelves will have a tendency to sag if too much heavy is put on them. We were missing two screws from the hinges, and I contacted customer support via email. Got a response back within a few hours, and replacement parts (a complete pair of hinges) came in the mail a few days later.

Cabinet doors are delaminating
Update: The manufacturer provided replacement doors and hardware for my storage units. This was appropriate action and I would now consider using them again for additional purchases.I purchased 4 of these units about 2 years ago and use them in my garage in central Florida. 6 of the 8 doors have significant ‘bubbles’ on them, as the vinyl has separated from the substrate. I reached out to the manufacturer and they cited the 1 year warranty and offered to sell me replacement parts…if the parts are available. So basically, the manufacturer is providing no relief or acceptable resolution. I will/may make an attempt to repair the doors, but this may be difficult or impossible for me to do without further damage to the appearance.

A cinch to build, and they look great!
Wow, I did not expect that to be so easy! I bought the 36" and 16" utility cabinets, but the boxes were so heavy that I was convinced these would be a nightmare to build. I was wrong!Once they were unpacked, I read through the instructions and counted all the parts. Everything was there, and the instructions were pretty clear. The illustrations definitely helped. I am proficient at building flat-packed furniture, so that may have also helped, but I almost always get frustrated with shoddy parts and instructions. This was so easy to build by myself that I kept saying, "Wow!" with each completed step. The pre-drilled holes were correctly sized and lined up, so the parts fit smoothly together. The most difficult part was NOT hanging the doors, which I thought would be really tough; the doors were actually super easy to attach. The hardest part was flipping the unit over once it was mostly assembled. That's only because it was a bit heavy and I didn't have anyone helping me. The instructions are clear that you need to fully attach the back panel because it's structural. When you attach the back panel, note that there are embossed holes all around it AND across the upper middle. These line up with the top shelf, so be sure you have the back in the correct position.I recommend giving yourself ample time to get the job done and clean up afterwards. It does not come with tools, so you will need a philips screwdriver set and a hammer for the build. You will also need a drill for securing it to the wall, if you choose to do so. I did, and the units feel a LOT sturdier because of it. You'll definitely also need to give it some muscle/elbow grease to get some screws in (especially attaching to the wall). Just follow the instructions, step-by-step, and you'll love this project. As far as quality, there were a couple of dings on the edges of the side panels, but they aren't noticable once assembled. One of the door hinges had a slightly bent metal piece which prevented it from clicking all the way in. I was able to use pliers to *gently* move it into position and get it to click into place. The doors work perfectly, AND they shut slowly so no banging doors!Aesthetically, the cabinets look exactly as the photos on Amazon, and they fit perfectly into my space (which I pre-measured before ordering). They look awesome.Hope this review helps. Enjoy your new storage!

Looks Great and is Sturdy
Family members put it together for me and the hardest part was the doors and the are not even. One of them scrapes on the bottom and I have to close it with my foot, the other one is higher and closes the way it should. I bought 3 different sizes and this is the only one that we had issues with the doors and we followed the pre-drilled holes.

Great laundry storage
So convenient next to stackable washer/dryer. Put wood strips in the back even with the baseboard so I can mount it to wall in the studs makes it even more sturdy.

Love love LOVE this pantry
I think the price could be adjusted a bit even for how big it is. The assembly process was smooth and okay up until the hinges. My husband and I STRUGGLED getting these doors on. So definitely have some extra hands and support. It was very stressful. But overall, it’s a nice pantry and it hold a lot of food! The shelves don’t bow out which I was really worried about (especially having a lot of canned goods).4/5 stars for quality, space saver, but also the stress!

You might get what you pay for.
This product line is made from engineered wood, a fancy way of saying, wood scraps and dust bonded together by glue and shaped into panels. The putter covering is a thin vinyl paper. It will come with damages, especially on the corners…it’s paper. Soft touch hinges are a nice touch, but despite being adjustable, the doors will never align properly and may rub and not fully close. I purchased this unit and the 53” matching hanging unit…same issues. If you buy from the Amazon Warehouse, there will be added damages and parts missing. I was able to get a full refund and told to keep the damaged warehouse unit since so much was missing. I was then able to get all the missing parts from the manufacturer for free but it took 3 separate orders and 5 weeks, so ask yourself how much your time is worth. This stuff is suitable for a first apartment, but if I had it to do over again, I’d buy a used solid wood storage system from Craigslist or Marketplace.
