This umbrella is functional and fits in your pocket. It’s a good plan for those sudden showers while traveling. It’s a bit clunky to open as one might expect but it does the job for emergencies. It’s lightweight so it doesn’t weight down your luggage.

This is a really good umbrella; it fits well in a bag or in large, deep pockets. The only problem I have with the umbrella is that it broke after a gust of wind during a thunderstorm; however, I cannot fault the umbrella whatsoever, because there were 25mph winds, and I am purchasing another one asap

I had been looking for a small umbrella to keep in my work bag to prepare for unexpected showers. Bought a different item which I ended up throwing out because the canopy wouldn't lock into position (and discovered the problem too late to return it). It's strange to say it about such an inexpensive item, but this little guy is well made. It's reliable and sturdy, and even comes with a neat little drawstring pouch to keep it clean. It's tiny when folded up, but big enough to provide decent protection when it's deployed. I have purchased several of them.

Do not waist your time on this. Foldability sucked, sure it’s compact but you’re sacrificing quality by miles. The overall quality was trash. If it comes with a nice cover and is advertised as compact then clearly there’s compromise somewhere else. The handle stick part also doesn’t have a method for extending you just slightly pull it to extend. At the top near the umbrella part you have to push it into place for it to open and that felt very fragile and weak, not an umbrella I’d use in the PNW, and for 10$ it’s not worth anyone’s money. It’s like 2 rain droplets and a windy day away from falling apart.

I just took delivery of this umbrella (today 17Jan25) and found that the actual length is not as advertised. Your description states the umbrella length is 7.64 inches. The one I received is 10 inches (over a full 2 inches longer) so it is not as compact as I expected. I will keep it but, am very disappointed with the false advertising, as I particularly wanted a smaller umbrella.

The umbrella is very good size, ideal for carrying in backpack pocket. a little bit flimsier than I expected, I hope it goes well in wind, as I am not sure how flexible it is. Ok so far.

Absolute waste of money. I bought this based on all the positive reviews. Wish I’d just read the one star reviews as they’re more accurate. This umbrella is so difficult to open that you’d be drenched by the time you finally got it open.

It is compact but it also is a little bit flimsy. it’s a bit hard to lock open into place and the actual knob at the bottom moves around and it won’t click into place when you want to look it up I wouldn’t recommend this product
