It was noticeable effective with many issues after using for about a month. Digestion improved such as GERD, constipation, and bloating. I bought these as needed to get on a monthly regimen. I do love that they were 11 per month, easy to swallow, etc but less than 3 weeks later I'm ordering again and already increased by almost $4. That's ridiculous so going to find another vendor. will update comment when I find one with new vendor info that doesn't get you in and gouge you in month 2.

Digestion issues are resolved when I take 2 capsules. Lasts about a week b4 I need to take again.

Doesn’t do anything and for the first time I had side effects with a product. I got restless legs syndrome and they do not respond to your emails for return.

I've had massive bloating and stomach pain and nausea for several months. I tested positive for SIBO months ago and did 2 rounds of antibiotics and am on a strick low FodMap diet. NOTHING is working. Until this stuff! I can't believe it. Within 1 day I have no symptoms at all. I will definitely be telling my GI Dr about this stuff!
