The product came somewhat soft which makes it easy to use out of the bag as a skin moisturizer. I use it as an ingredient in soap. Made my first batch and it behaved wonderfully in my recipe. The cocoa butter has a very mild chocolate smell. The only change I would recommend is in how it's packaged. Due to it's softness, once you open the bag it can get very messy. To store what was left I placed their bag in a zip lock bag.

Ivory-colored but closer to white. Smells faintly like cocoa butter, but isn't hard as expected. Soft enough to apply to your skin directly from the bag, but not sure about other uses like making body care products.

It was a bit softer then expected and it needs to be in a larger bag. It was hard to get the product out without making a mess. Other than that it worked in the skin product.
