Q: Can this be used in a concrete mixing machine?

My company bought about 5 of these engines and they lasted only a few weeks.

Q: Does it rev pretty slow or is it compatible sized to gas powered engine?

I put it on a wood splitter and it has plenty of power. Not sure of your question of slow? It throttled up fine. I guess go read the listing and see if the rpm it produces will work with your application. Works great on a wood splitter.

Q: Is the side left of the spindle side aready drilled and tapped to except the Electrical starter from an Yanmar diesel engine L100 series?

Yes, but the flywheel does not have a ring gear.
