Has anyone used it for Invisilign teeth brace trays?

Yes. I used the 3 minute Polident for my Invisilign since it was just a little bit of time while it was out during meals. I am now finished with Invisilign, but have the overnight plastic retainers. (so just like invisilign.) I am going to use the overnight Polident to soak the trays during the day.

What is the difference between overnight and three minutes the formula?

I have used both and can't see any difference myself. But maybe the antibacterial agents work longer I clean them overnight any how even with the 3 minute

Is there zinc in these?

No, zinc is in the adhesives, not the cleaner tablets...

Does this remove discoloration from years of slowly building up?

I've been using Polident for about a year every night or every time I remove them and mine look exactly the same as the very first day I put them in. So I'm assuming it's doing it's job. I'm not sure about major build up.
