This is one of the best unprocessed noodles in the market right now. I like to serve it as a veg chowmein and I must say, I am surprised by how chewy and flavourful they taste. This thing has huge potential but availability is an issue.

It is healthy, but it tastes ok..... I think something is missing in the masala.... If anyone want to make it more tasty, then add some salt and chilli powder ( optional maggi masala) ,then it will taste awesome....
