The chair arrived quickly :) so overall, it is a nice chair and i love the look of it. The lumbar part is good, adjustments of the height and back amazing. The only reason i did not give this chair 5 stars is because the armrest are not cushioned, sort of a hard surface when resting my arms,elbows and well not a good feeling at all. The second thing is NO neck cushion so my head drops before reaching the back part when i want to rest my neck, well i have cervical surgeries on the front and back of my neck so, an extra cushion on the chairs neck area would have been a huge plus and necessity for me. other wise i like the chair!

Seems pretty decent for the price. The lumbar back support is not adjustable, but the rest of the chair is.It comes with all screws and bolts already in their respective places (not in separate bags).You just have to unscrew them, place everything together and screw them back. However, it didn't come with the needed tools to assemble it even though it said it included them. Fortunately I had some allen keys lying around, so it wasn't a big deal.

This is a good office chair. Easy to put together, rolls well on shaggy carpet. Back support is pretty basic but there's some room on the seat if you have to add one of those foam support things. Worth what we paid.

Extremely easy to put together, very comfortable and I love that the base is metal.
