Solid product
It’s an excellent product for an iron gate with solid steel or cement posts, but not for wooden gate with wooden posts. It makes the two gate folds uneven due to the interior springs included that fluctuates based on weight . It behaves like struts in a car. Not for my gate . It created a big problem for me. I gave it five stars because it’s a solid product.

Excellent design - Works perfectly
Bought this for my sagging gate. The gate was actually so heavy, it was making the fence post lean. I had tried another brand a few years ago and the wheel would turn part way and jam the gate half way open. This support works perfectly. The fence post is gradually returning to its vertical position and the gate opens very easily - even on the uneven flagstone path the wheel has to navigate. Great designand quality components.

It’s not that heavy duty
The wheel is good but not Heavy Duty , it keeps giving way under our wooden fence , we had to buy a stronger wheel , so it’s good for certain items but not sure if heavy duty is a good description
