I used this tester and it worked well for me. The price was very good compared to other equipment.

I don't know. The meter was a complete dud and failed to work right from the start. It was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend purchasing it. They say the instructions are in English, but whar they don't tell you is that the instructions are still gibberish
