Q: can this be used for vaginal application?

Q: Are these flexible enough for the obese to easily use?

Yes, I'm a 320 lb (145.15 kg) man, and using these are far easier than following the diagram on the suppository package. It's almost like your finger you were going to use was 4 inches (ca. 10 cm) longer. I am not certain how to describe it, but thanks to this device I now benefit greatly from Hemorrhoidal suppositories.

I cannot say for sure. If the pill is smaller than the inside diameter of the large portion, it just might work. The plunger is not very big in diameter. If you pill will rest on top of plunger, then all is needed is to assume the best position for insertion. I use mine for pain reliever suppositories. I also recommend a light coat of lube for the large portion.
