Excelente calidad y todo en perfecto estado nuevo sin fallas

Works wonderfully! I can play games like The Isle Evrima, Sons of The Forest, and some super heavy duty modded games that are harder to run! I was even able to muddle around on it enough to get fallout 3 to run through steam!! I like how easy it is with some of the key bindings like changing fan speed and keyboard lights the battery is pretty good for what it is but…. I do have one minor problem, right out of the box no settings changed whatsoever when most games or apps are launched the resolution automatically changes to the smallest it can making the screen unusable so every time I launch something I have to open settings to change back the resolution. I’m sure there is a fix in settings or some other place but, I just haven’t found yet but and I don’t know if everyone has this problem with this laptop but I have seen posts and people asking for help with this same problem but I haven’t seen a clear solution that worked. So in short for a gaming laptop it is wonderful and runs beautifully and looks and feels lovely but the resolution issue is a minor annoyance but not detrimental.

I’ve received the Lenovo gaming laptop, and very impressed by his features and speed. I have not tried the video yet, but will post a further review.

Tuve MUY mala experiencia, compré mi laptop en septiembre 2025 y sólo me duró unos meses, se sobrecalentó y por traérmela a El Salvador no la devolví al vendedor y la llevé a revisión a un centro especializado aquí en mi país y al abrir la laptop parecía que fuera muy usada o por mucho tiempo pasar guardada la pasta térmica estaba vencida provocando el sobrecalentamiento y dañando la laptop. Después de 3 meses esperando que importaran un repuesto me dieron esta respuesta que se resume en que perdí los $1,700 que pagué por esta laptop, lamento mucho haberla comprado con ustedes. Buenas tardes. Le informamos que ya recibimos los repuestos que fueron importados para intentar solucionar la falla de su equipo. Una vez recibidos, procedimos con la instalación y realización de las pruebas correspondientes. Durante las pruebas observamos un cambio en el comportamiento de la laptop: actualmente el equipo sí logra encender, pero no presenta imagen ni video en pantalla. Además, se verificó que la tarjeta gráfica no está trabajando en absoluto, lo que nos permite determinar que la falla principal no se encuentra únicamente en los componentes reemplazados. Con base en los resultados obtenidos, concluimos que el equipo presenta un daño más severo a nivel del circuito de video y procesamiento gráfico. Debido a la magnitud de la falla, continuar invirtiendo tiempo y recursos en nuevas pruebas o reparaciones ya no resulta técnicamente recomendable ni económicamente conveniente. Asimismo, podemos determinar que los repuestos que mandamos a importar sufrieron daños como consecuencia de la misma falla que afectó a la tarjeta gráfica, ya que ambos sistemas están directamente relacionados y fueron impactados por el problema original del equipo. Lamentamos no poder brindarle una solución favorable en esta ocasión; sin embargo, hemos realizado todas las pruebas técnicas posibles para llegar a un diagnóstico certero y evitarle gastos innecesarios en procedimientos con muy baja probabilidad de éxito. MUCHO CUIDADO AL COMPRAR ESTOS EQUIPOS.
