This little ice machine is so awesome to have next to the coffee pot for iced coffee! I bought a cheap one cause I wasn't sure I'd use it. I don't regret buying this little machine. It's perfect for one person. I will say if you need it for more people you may want to make sure you have a place to put the ice. It doesn't keep the ice cold if it's full. That maybe the only option I wish i would have gotten. I would say this brand is a quality product, if you are looking for more features, I would suggest a bigger unit but the same brand. They even send stickers to decorate your unit like a refrigerator! It's so adorable. It's money well spent! It's heavy duty case and easy to use. There's only two functions so it's easy to use for any age!

Love this ice machine! I have always been an ice tray kinda gal. But I moved into a new house and I have guests over quite frequently. The ice cube trays weren't able to keep up with supply and demand so I decided to step into the future and try an ice maker. This lil gem caught my eye because it looked countertop friendly and the color matched my kitchen appliances. It's easy to use. Before the 1st use, I cleaned it and selected the large quantity ice option as a run through before making a batch. I love the quality of the ice. The shape is similar to the bullets that used to try and defeat Mario in the video game Super Mario Bros. Anyway, you get about 9-10 cubes about every 10-12 min. It comes with three handy dandy large ice bags which don't take verylong to fill. It comes with indicators that alert you to 'add water' or 'ice full'. I do wish that it also had an alert when it's time to clean it. And a place to put the scoop would be nice. Otherwise, this machine looks awesome in my kitchen and it offers the convenience I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Works well and operates quiet

Just wow wow wow wow! Five stars all the way…I will never see water the same way… I will never drink water the same way… Even the way this machine makes the small ice cubes improves the taste of the water… It has brought enjoyment into drinking water the same way I would enjoy drinking a cold latté or a cold, sweet beverage… And to top it all off… The app gives you just enough info to know what the machine is up to… It doesn’t overwhelm you with a bunch of alerts and notices like other apps… For all the things that it is able to do and for the large amount of water it can contain, the size of this device is just about right… I still cannot find anything negative about this product… One thing negative that I thought it had was that you cannot hook it up to your wire pipeline… But I just discovered yesterday that you actually can… So yes, this device is just perfection… Because at the end of the day, water is essential and what better yet to have a machine that improves the quality of your water consumption

Loved the concept but a few major issues1. Poor build quality, cheap plastic that was scratched on arrival and untrimmed2. Agitator constantly runs, creating a loud noise.3. Screen details are a little too weird, they don't need to be photo realistic, it makes it look as though it should have been a LCD4. Most critical of all, there seems to be a bug in the firmware, where if you press the button to stop, it doesn't stop even though it acknowledged it should have, so it dumped the entire bin on the floor....

La verdad que estoy encantada con esta máquina de hacer hielo. Funciona fenomenal, la utilizamos a diario y hace los hielos rápidamente. se pueden hacer de dos tamaños. Ocupa poco espacio y es muy fácil de limpiar. Sin duda una gran elección.

Tends to mold very easily. However I will say it produces ice fast enough and has a decent cleaning cycle with vinegar. Overall, could be designed better with anti mold in mind, but stl a decent product for the price and will be used until it breaks.
