How tall of a person can use the back extension?

I am about 6ft 3.75in, 275 lbs and I can do Back Extensions and Side Crunches with a lot more adjustment length left down inside the tube. Only 4 holes out of the tube (if that makes sense). I'll eventually add a review with photos.

I am 4'10". Can I use this bench?

Definitely. This bench gets a little more tricky, in my opinion, for customers 6 feet and over. If you are 6'2 (as I am) or above then this bench may be a little confining for you.
