## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would this paper be suitable for watercolours?**
A: I'm no artist, sadly. All I can say is that the paper is extremely absorbent. I usually use a fountain pen and there is considerable "feathering". I don't know whether this is desirable for water colours or not!

**Q: Is the paper plain (unlined)?**
A: Hi. Yes the paper is unlined. It is hantrade elephant dung paper. There should be an image of the inside of the book?
Thanks
Mark

**Q: What’s the best pen to use wit this journal for writing?**
A: Thaks for the message, the best pen to use on this paper is a biro or gel pen. Ink pens should work as well, but as the paper is handmade there may be some slight bleeding.

**Q: What is used for the metallic elephant printed on the front cover ?**
A: Hi, thank you for your question, the elephant is made from brass. I hope that helps. Regards, Mark
