Excellent but only 1 of 3.
Very nicely packaged. Pretty, good quality bag&bands. Arrived fast. Great colours. Good non-slip inner rubbers.However: the sizing is completely silly. It is not necessary to have different sizes as even large people can squeeze into the smallest bands. They should all be the SAME SIZE but different RESISTANCE. The problem with the 2 large bands is that they give you resistance at only a very small range - when in a very wide squat for example. Even then you would need to have MASSIVE thighs to actually get any type of benefit from them. I bought them based on the weight guidance but it has nothing to do with it as even though it's for a very heavy client of mine she has slim legs so again - the weight guidance is irrelevant. I won't return them as the design is beautiful, but the only one out of the 3 that will actually give you any benefits is the shortest one. If they were all small but different strength, anybody could get in them and benefit from each at different levels. I hope the makers will take this into account. I've trained many clients with bands and this is what I've found would be a better solution. Such a shame as great quality.

Great for physio squats
Excellent ! I use this for squats to make sure my knees are lined up, my physio guy recommended it.
