Do research on the part you need. If the part number is 285805, then this will definitely work! My washing machine is older and not listed, but the part number was the exact same so I took a risk and it works. Same mounting holes, same plugs, same hose size. Buy this part if one of the intakes is leaking while not hooked up or if there is water dripping into the basin even though it is not in a cycle. This will fix those issues. Do not try to clean your current inlet valve, as it will likely just get worse! Buy this product! It's cheap and it works. It takes 7 minutes to install with the right tools.

I have a 40 year old Sears Kenmore clothes washer machine. It has been reliable for all these years. I’ve only ever had to replace the pump, which was a very economic repair cost.
