Cut the belt to get a desirable length as following steps if belt is long: 1 - Using a screwdriver to uninstall the belt, measure your waist to get a suitable length and mark it on the leather 2 - Cut the extra leather according to the mark, then insert the belt into the flapped leather 3 - Using a punching to punch a hole on the leather, install the belt with the screwdriver NOTICE: If you trim the belt too short, please contact Tonly Monders Service for replacement or refund before you return it to .

Honest review w/ Sizing info
Just received the Tonly Monders belt I ordered. I’m happy to say it’s actually a very nice belt! The Coffee color is a very deep and rich looking mahogany and the 1.5” width is perfect for Jeans. The buckle also seems sturdy and well made, however it is slightly larger than I’d thought it would be.I admit I had some reservations prior to ordering, such as, choosing the correct sizing and also some uncertainty about how the removable buckle was attached, thinking that it might be of shoddy or gimmicky construction.I can now honestly say, it’s not. It’s a very well constructed belt and the leather seems to be of very good quality. As to the removable buckle, it’s design is such, that if you didn’t ‘know’ from the description that it was removable, you’d never be able to tell just by looking at it. It’s actually a very good design and not at all noticeable. There’s a short length of leather that is permanently attached (stitched) onto the buckle. This short piece with buckle is then attached to the main portion of the belt with a removeable screw/riviot that gives the option to detach and shorten the main part of the belt if need be.You’d simply cut whatever need be off the main belt, punch a new hole and re-attach via the screw/rivot. The seam where the leather pieces join is well hidden behind the leather loop.My description might make it sound kinda chintzy, but I assure you it’s not! I’m extremely picky and somewhat OCD, and it got my seal of approval!Okay now onto the ‘SIZING’All the belts I’ve ever owned were simply sized with one number, ie: 38, which is what I’ve always worn.So the two number sizing ie: 36-37, 38-39 etc., made me unsure, especially after reading conflicting reviews as to the correct sizing and fit.It would be very helpful if in addition to waist size, they would also provide the actual ‘Length’ of the belt in the sizing chart, such as some sellers do.It would make choosing the correct size much easier! (Hint hint)Knowing the ‘Length’, you could simply measure your old belt that fits you perfectly and choose that same length!(No pig in a poke guessing that way)After receiving this belt I noticed that the ‘Length’ is actually stamped into the leather on the underside. (Inches/Centimeters)NOTE: Regardless of any belt you’re measuring, ‘Belt Length’ does NOT include the buckle (metal part)(Don’t confuse Length with Waist Size)Anyway, I ordered the Tonly Monders belt in size 38-39.The ‘length’ of this belt when I measured, minus the buckle (metal part) is 46 inches long (116 cm)FYI - That 46 inch length matches the length of my old ‘Size 38’ belt exactly! It fit me perfectly out of the box fastened into the second hole from end.It may gain a minor amount of length after being worn and broken-in, but no problem as there are still several more holes available for adjustment. Conclusion: I doubt you’d find a nicer belt for twice this price, and most Big Box Store belts in this price range are not real leather such as this one.

Good belt - feels on cheaper side, but not necessarily in a bad way
So far, so good. Depending on pants I'm usually a 48" or 50" waist size, so I got the 50" size belt and it is a bit too big. Had to add a couple of holes (nothing unusual). I like the width of it as my office pants have big belt loops and this makes everything look more streamlined. Wide but not too thick, so not overbearing like a previous belt that was very thick and was less comfortable to wear at times. It came out of the box smelling strongly of paint, and it feels a little less durable than the big, thick leather belt I wore before this one. But, that one had the buckle snap off when a screw broke, so we'll see how this one holds up. Overall, I like it. It's a fair price for a belt that honestly if I get three months out of it I'd probably be happy

DO NOT BUY--Visible Damage after removing packaging tape.
The belt arrived with visible damage under the packaging tape that held it in a doughnut shape presumably to make sipping easier. When the tape was removed to open the belt, it stripped off the "Genuine leather" exposing marks (See picture) which would be visible to anyone. I bought this for an interview and was obviously extremely disappointed when I opened it. DO NOT BUY, it is not "Genuine Leather" as the seller claims. I am going to return mine back for a refund. Hopefully this review helps others

Too orange for me... not brown.
The belt was far too orange for my liking, and I sent it back. Look in the customer images of the belt on a pair of blue jeans to get an idea of how orange it is. The quality does seem nice though. Do not bother contacting the email address in the package (as it asks you to do if you have a problem). You will be wasting your time since they ask you to contact Amazon instead.

Does what it should do, make sure you order the correct size.
Ok so I finally decided to buy a new belt after using the same leather belt for about 7 years. I figured at this price point what do I have to lose? The belt arrived promptly and came in a cute little box. After I unrolled it, my first impression was that it looked a bit cheap, however it is holding my pants up well enough. I think I ordered it about one size too big because I had to drill a couple of holes in it to make it fit right, but I guess that’s kind of my fault. Would probably buy again, but would also spend another ten bucks to see if it gets me a belt with a more premium feel.

Quality belt, reasonably true to size, easy to re-size if too large. Good price for quality item.
Very nice belt, I expect it will wear and last much longer than other belts I've had. Usually wear about 42-44, bought size 44-46. Was way longer than needed, but was very easy to adjust. After adjustment, still longer than other belts I've bought in the past, but gives flexibility.Package includes easy directions to adjust. But, for viewers here, remove a screw that goes through the belt and into a post that inserts from the back side. Remove the main belt from the overlying flap and off the post. Cut off whatever portion is not needed, drill or otherwise cut a new hole through the belt. Reinsert the post from the back side and reattach the screw from the front side. Voila!Unlike many other belts I've had that seem to have cheap filler material that does not last, this belt seems to be solid leather -- apparent when I cut through it to re-size. I'm quite happy with the product!

Poor quality, bad design, failed in 6 months.
Failed after 6 months of use. You'd think that a 52" belt would be engineered to handle a substantial load. Well, mine fell apart in 6 months. Also, this belt might be made from genuine leather, much the same way that particle board is made from genuine wood. The material was of minimum quality, and the belt was produced with a design flaw in the form of the single rivet attaching the buckle subassembly to the strap, which was the point of failure. There are other belts for sale on Amazon that are of higher quality. I suggest you buy one of them instead.
