Chef'n 104-759-258 Emulstir Salad Dressing Mixer, One Size, Plastic, Arugula/Meringue

I’ve been trying to make my own salad dressings as they are healthier. This little item works very well.

So much better than the one that comes with the salad dressing packet. Mixes easily, and so far no leaks.

This is my second one. The first one worked fine and I was happy with it. Then yesterday it slipped out of my hand and landed on the floor. The plastic cracked down by the base and started to leak out salad dressing. So that's why I ordered a second one. I guess the plastic could be sturdier?

This is the best little device for quick mixes. I made scrambled and used this and they were nice and fluffly, jsut the way I like them best. Note: I did not have the container filled to brimming, just two eggs.

Pros: It works. It looks neat. It's easy to disassemble for cleaning. Cons: It's really rough operating. It's too small for a full batch from the hidden valley packet. It doesn't seal. It's clunky to operate. Overall, I'm not particularly excited about this thing but it did the job. There's something amazing about fresh ranch! Still, there's probably better emulsifiers out there. I think you'd do just as well to use a stick blender.

I bought this quite awhile ago but had never used it until yesterday 😠epic fail!!! I started pouring my lemon juice in to make a dressing and I have a huge puddle on the counter. Tested it with just water and sure enough however the seam was constructed at the bottom was not good. Everything leaks out. I then was going to wash to see if I could fix the leak at the bottom with glue and the bottom completely fell out

Perfect for making homemade dressing. Works like a charm! I love it.

I like this for making the good seasons brand of salad dressings. It works well and having the measurements on the side makes it easy to get the correct proportions of vinegar, water & oil.

Not as good as its predecessor
