Grandfather Clock Door Key for Howard Miller, Ridgeway, Sligh, Emporer, Pearl, Seth Thomas, and Trend

Needed to unlock an old Ridgeway grandfather clock. This worked perfect.

We have a Herschede Grandfather Clock circa 1970s, bought in 1976. Weighted with 3 weights and has chime rods, NOT tubes. Just letting you know this in case you have a similar clock. Our key got lost in a move so I couldn’t open the door to replace the weights and pendulum from taking them off in order to move the clock. So yeah, 5 stars all the way because it fits. The key is solid. Looks great. Works perfectly.

I ordered this for my Mom so she could lock her curio cabinet but alas it does not fit. Quite pricey for a key, especially with shipping enclosed and to return it would make ridiculously expensive. Hopefully I can find some use for it. They did ship as quickly as promised, no problems with that at all, just wish it was the right key!!

We have an old Ridgeway and the original cheap pot metal key never worked very well before it broke in the lock. Held my nose and bought this, got it the next day. And lo and behold it works better than the original. Heavier as well. Outstanding!

I have a late 70's early 80's Trend Grandfather Clock. THIS ONE WORKS! I purchased another key elsewhere which specifically mentioned theirs would work... false! Plus cheaper than the other company. Small, but fits perfectly! Looks nice too, looks authentic!

The item looked and felt like a quality made item. Unfortunately, it did not fit my clock so I couldn't open it. I think it would be unfair to fail this product just because it didn't work for my clock but maybe it worked for others.
