Bodylogix Natural Pre-Workout Powder, NSF Certified, Pink Lemonade, 30 Servings

Used this for the first time this morning...I'm new to preworkout drinks so I don't have anything to compare this to, however....I mixed it with 6oz water and drank it right down. It mixed easily and the taste wasn't bad at all. Like bland pink lemonade. About 10 minutes after drinking it I got a prickly sensation all over my body, from my ear lobes down. Felt like I was being stabbed everywhere with tiny needles. I had to look this up and apparently this is normal and is called paresthesia and is caused by the beta alanine in the preworkout. Can't say I like the feeling, but I will say the drink definitely gave me more focus today. An hour workout flew by and I increased most of my reps. I don't know that it helped strength wise, I just felt more focused on what I was doing. Even with the prickles, I will continue to take this.Updated review, about a month later: the prickles I got the first time are far less, even the 2nd day I took it, I had almost none. I sweat a lot with this product and have almost no muscle soreness and it does seem to help my endurance on the elliptical. I did buy another pwo so I could compare and the other (PEscience) was HORRIBLE. (I wrote a review for them as well) I'm glad I compared the bodylogix with something else because I feel like I'm not missing out on anything. I will definitely stick with this product and I've suggested it to other people who are interested in taking a PWO.

Received yesterday. Used twice for the gym already, mostly just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. This stuff makes my face super itchy. Apparently it’s a common ingredient in a lot of pre-workouts that’s totally unnecessary because they wanna make sure you feel something from it... Legit drove me bonkers my whole work out both times. Taste is... Not good, also did not give me any energy. Like at all... I’m naturally a very chill person so I feel like I have two days lost in the gym. Definitely going back to Amino Energy.

I was looking for an NSF rated preworkout to replace my training formula that comes and goes from the vitamin shoppe. Can we say holy foam batman?! this acts and tastes the same as a pre-workout that GNC used to sell about 5 years ago, I forget the name and it's since been removed from their shelves. I'm convinced it's the same formula from the same manufacturer just with a different label. either way, this stuff tastes good to me, and gives me the extra boost I need. 1 scoop is all you need.

I bought this product on September 28th, so sadly it's too late to return it. My son showed me this morning, it's hardened and solid. Checked the date on the bottom, and it expired in 2019. Now I feel stupid for not checking the date when I received it, but considering I waited a month for it to be back in stock I figured I was getting fresh product.

I saw this brand incorporated in a recent Men's Health article and thought to give it a try ... I'm not a big supplement guy but it was inexpensive and small enough that I wouldn't feel bad throwing it out if it didn't work ... well, it turns out it does not work for me other than to give me a real weird whole body unpleasant tingling like something is really wrong ... used it 3 times with exact same results and will promptly return it or dump it ... not recommended

I generally use cellucor but decided to mix up what pre-workouts I have been using. I was able to buy this stuff on sale.The flavor is alright, nothing strong or too sweet. I actually wish the flavor was a bit strong, I end up using less water and a little extra because it does taste really good.As for the energy and pump I get, I would say its about mediocre. My body adjusted to it pretty quickly and I felt the affects diminish over a couple weeks. I probably wouldn't buy this again, there's definitely better products out there.

Good product. The taste and the effects took some getting used to compared to the harsher pre workouts. It's a slow gradual stimulant effect that will easily last an hour or so after consumption. WILL NOT make you jittery so don't expect it!! YOU WILL SWEAT!! Hint: works best with a clean diet.

taste: ight. not the best, not the worst sour taste at first, then sweet, then chemically, aftertaste is alrighti bought this for the price, it came half full, but i hope there’s still 30 servingsi don’t use pre workout so often, only when my body needs it, so it gives me a tiny buzz and makes me more motivated to gym
