Stones, Thorns, Mud or Twisted Wires anyone?
I have bought these several times and have not had an issue, so when I bit into a rock this morning after putting some of these on my cereal, I was a bit surprised. I figured these things happened, and proceeded eating only to bite into another one! This got me a bit curious, and I dug through the entire batch that I had remaining and found a mud clod holding multiple berries together, sharp thorns, multiple rocks (I lost count at around five), stick fragments larger than the berries themselves, and lots of leaves and stems. I added a picture of some of my findings (and it looks like there are six rocks just in that picture).I am not a squeamish kind of person, and I even expect to find the stems and leaf fragments. I don't worry about them and pick them out as I use it (or just eat them). But sharp thorns and rocks are a completely different story! This product is sold at a good price, but with quality control like this, it goes to show you get what you pay for.So, if you're not worried about searching through your berries before you use them, and you have a good dental plan, you might want to get these. Personally, I am switching to another vendor that doesn't put my teeth at risk by sending me poor quality product.Update 5/21/2016: I just had to add a picture of my new find in the last container of this product: wires twisted together! I simply could not believe this. This is so big that any basic processing of their product like running them through a large screen should have caught this. I am appalled. While this product is one of the lowest priced sources of barberry that I found, there is obviously a reason for that.

Half the promised weight
The quality of the dried berries is good. The package sold by seller "P.N.B" was only 284g/10oz instead of the promised 453g/16oz.

Seems like a good deal
The product came in a large bag, not like the clear plastic pictured. It is a lot of berries for the price, and so far I haven’t had any issues with berries being dirty, but there were a few stems.I bought them after watching Dr. Gregor’s vídeo on barberries for acne.

Good product. As advertised
Good product. As advertised. Sour and tart as expected. Mix with honey or other natural sweetener. I even put it in oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon. Also brewed with tea. Supposedly burns fat too and a sugar regulator in the body. Will give it a try. So far, no problems.
