It does the trick- as long as you pay attention to details and get the right one for your needs...
Please dont write scathing reviews because you just assumed it would fit but it doesn't or you found that it's not the right device for your needs, especially now that amazon has taken away the ability to leave comments on pathetic 1 star reviews by ignorant people most of who have no clue what a product review even is- you know, the automatically one star all the way people... Remember, this is just a cheap 10$ valve, it's not going to perform like a professional high pressure valve! ok, now that I got that off my chest..... I have purchased 3 of these so far... I use this device to connect a "Hibbent" dual function sink sprayer to a bathroom sink.. I cant speak for any other use but if you want to use it for a sprayer you may want to listen to what I have to say:. I use it every day, sometimes multiple times a day... The first one of these I had lasted about 3 weeks before it broke because of my own stupidity; I had been turning the valve while the sprayer hose was under full pressure- It scared the crap out of me when it busted because it sprayed the hell out of my shirt with a strong blast of hot water... The second one I purchased did not fit, it had bad threads and would not screw on to the male threads of my faucet, but the seller quickly replaced it for me... I am currently still on my second working unit but I have since learned my lesson to always turn the sink off at the faucet handles and bleed the pressure at the sprayer hose before attempting to turn the valve on the Miss Mini diverter. Since I wisened up a bit, this thing hasn't failed me yet in about 9 months of hard use as I'm running 140-150F hot water through it at about 90psi... (if you don't have high water pressure then the valve may operate for you for a long time even when continually turning it off and on under pressure (but don't say I didn't warn you). I still have that 3rd one on standby in case it does fail- or for the next time I screw up. That unit is still brand new in the box and has never been tested so hopefully the threads and the valve on it are both good for if/when the time comes when I need to throw it into service).

Easy to install
I needed to connect shower head with hose to sink faucet and be able to use either by my choice. This little diverter solved the problem.

Works like a charm
Easy to install. Works fine. Only drawback is unable to attach sprayer head to it.

Love it
This is just what I needed for my RV trailer. My sink needed a new faucet. I ended up using a regular bathroom faucet with this attached for the shower. It is amazing for that.

Okay for the price.
This diverter is okay considering the price. However beware, the rubber ring that seals the 1/2 thread hose connecter sucks. It wore out very quickly and I had to purchase a better quality diverter. I used this for my portable washer. Which I had to screw on and of after every use. If you don’t plan to screw connectors on and off daily then this may work for you.

NOPE! NO GOOD!
i bought THREE of these things - all from different vendors - all 3 exactly the same - they last 'about' two weeks, and that little 'knob' ya see on the thing which switches the water from faucet to sprayer;FORGET IT!that little 'twist-knob' either blows out and water goes everywhere it's aimed at the time - OR the really CHEAP rubber inside it gets twisted and ya can't turn it.i'm TRYING to find one which is ALL METAL and not this cheap plastic "sh-tuff".PLEASE - TAKE MY ADVICE - DO-NOT-BUY-THIS-JUNK!unless you don't mind wasting money, because that's what you're doing if you do purchase that thing.i HATE to have to complain about anything - i would so much rather leave a STELLAR review, and 99% of the time that's what i do - but THIS - THIS ATROCITY!NOPE - can't do it this time.and in case it's a question;municipal water - pressure is LOW - 'probably' about 15-20psi - so they're not being destroyed via high water pressure, and they're definitely not being 'abused' in any way - i'm 3/4-century old, and i take VERY good care of my stuff, even if it IS junk - BUT - i've replaced TWO of these so far - i have ONE MORE sitting on a shelf above me, and i will at some point install that one, but i already know it's gonna do the exact same thing the other two did.well actually - the one just quit working - the other blew the little turn knob out, and luckily i was standing in front of it when it did so it only got ME wet - but i have great reflexes, so it was probably less than 2 seconds before i turned the water off.they need BADLY to improve these things - they cost WAY too much to have to replace weekly or bi-weekly - and that's with me ALONE using the thing to switch from faucet to sprayer - just every now and then. if it were used a few times/day, you'd be replacing it every few days - it's just not worth the money or the hassle.find an all metal one - i'm still looking...
