They were perfect, no breaks and very well wrapped up. Thanks very much for the speedy replies. *****I never leave bad reviews , however I was very disappointed with how this product arrived. This was my 3rd set of cups we bought and this was a present for my dad. I gave it to him only for him to find the bottom of one of the cups smashed, obviously I was very embarrassed to give a broken cup as a present m the other cup was perfect, looks lovely and keeps the coffee warm.

This is second set i've bought. I failed the previous one by washing it in dishwasher for years. Eventually the little plug gave up on one of the glasses and water got inside. Second one died when clumsy loading it into dishwasher.Those are not dishwasher safe. But are AMAZING at keeping your brew hot for longer.

Package arrived with the mugs beautifully and securely presented, wrapped in tissue then double bubble wrapped and inside the manufacturers box and then in the Amazon box. Bought the mugs specifically for use with the De Longhi Dolce Gusto machine and they are fab! Stylish, lightweight and with a comfortable handle which is great as I have rheumatoid arthritis. Going to buy another pair for when we have visitors!

Lovely mugs keep the coffee warm but feels more like a plastic than a glass

Absolutely love the design of these mugs, keeps drinks warm whilst mug is cool to the touch on the outside. The base of the mug is sturdy due to its shape it won’t easily tip over, also Handles are a good size to get your fingers in and the shape of the mug feels sooo good to hold - it really is a hug in a mug! I’ve had other insulated glass mugs that have broken easily and no where near as good as these for sturdiness. I have four of these and wish they were a bit cheaper but I do feel the are good quality, just love them!

I've got a cupboard full of beautiful mugs, but we are only using these now. They keep the drinks hot for so much longer.
