Update after two months in the high pollen season in SW Ohio. I am glad I found these filters!
UPDATE: Pollen season started more than a month ago in SW Ohio. I have been using one filter/day for about 2 months. My nose allergy symptoms have significantly decreased. I only use my allergy nasal spray at night, before bed; and, maybe once a week, I take an oral antihistamine for some whole-body allergic symptoms. Before the nose filters, I had to take oral antihistamine daily from March to the first frost, in addition to my allergy nasal spray. To check the efficiency of the filters, one day I decided not to use them. By midafternoon, my nose was bright red, itching, and running like crazy. So, the next day, before I put the filters on, I did a nasal rinse. I have not stopped using the filters daily since, and now things are much better, like before. I have been using both types of filters, the 3M and the Welder's version. Both work for me, with the 3M being more comfortable. I put them on as soon as I wake up, and I take them out right before going to bed, because I sleep with a CPAP. I do not know if people notice them, or if they are just being polite by not asking me about them. It does not matter to me. I will continue using them as needed. They are really a life-changing devices, for the better. My first time.I got the Trial Size, and like with the Welder's version, the XL is the winner. My review is a comparisson with the Welder version, which I tried for the first time yesterday, for more than 12 hours straight. I did the same with the 3M.The 3M version is softer, its "presence" in the nose is easier to ignore.Because of its softeness, the 3M version is a touch harder to accomodate inside the nose. I had to try several times, whereas with the Welder's version it was easier.Once properly set, it does its job of filtering what is supposed to filter. Same as the Welders' version.I am "sensitive" to one of my cats, and with either one of the filters I had no issues whatsoever. Both did not cause any irritation whatsoever inside my nose. One interesting observation: With the 3M version, I can see the filtration membrane moving back-and-forth as I inhale/exhale; whereas with the Welders' version I could not.So, my conclussion is: you cannot go wrong with either one. If you prefer the slight better comfort inside the nose, in spite of being a little harder to insert properly, go with the 3M.I am going to have both versions with me, for now.It is not Spring here in SW Ohio yet. That will be the next real test for me.Then, I plan to travel to the Caribbean (forever Spring) in the summer. Another real test for me.Then, at the end of summer, ragweed season. That is the nuclear test for me!!I will update me review then.

Great product! Just need different nostril shape options vs just sizes.
Appreciate the thought and creation of this item. Was looking forward to trying it out when out doing yard work with all the dust & pollen in the air. Worked a little, but unfortunately none of the sizes in the pack worked well for my narrow/long nostril shape causing them to either fold completely inward or leave half my nostril open defeating the purpose. Great item if you have proper oval/round shaped nostril openings!

Great for sleep
I bought these to help prevent snoring and a stuffy nose at night. I bought this specifically to try the sizes so I could order more if I liked them. For me, the small was a good fit. I don’t really have allergies, but I wake up with a clear nose every morning I wear these. No smell, which is nice. They keep my nostrils open so I feel like I’m breathing much better, too. Quality is fine to me, not super cheap but not super stiff and long-lasting either.

Poor-To-No Seal, N95s Are 1000X Superior
The small oval inserts don't seat or seal well in the nostrils, allowing air to easily pass by the filters. The surface area of the filter is incredibly tiny compared to traditional face masks. YMMV but I wouldn't trust these to prevent any toxic substance in the air from reaching your lungs. Not returnable. Made in China.

Chose the right size and they work perfectly.

These are great
I have had a "runny nose" my whole life. I carry a handkerchief or tissues at all times, and frequently I am subject to sneezing 10 or 12 times in a row. When I work in my shop I wear an N 95 mask and I realized I don't sneeze, or have my nose run, in two places, when I am wearing the mask, or in the shower. So when I found these little filters that go in your nose I decided to try them. I read the reviews and learned it might be uncomfortable wearing them and everybody has a different size nose. After some research I ordered the sizing package from O2 because I could try the product and learn what size I needed.First size. If you order these you will find 4 sizes, for me it was the medium that worked best but the large actually fit more snugly but they were just too uncomfortable to wear for long periods. I found that after adjusting to feeling like your nose is dry and you want to get out whatever is in there, I could wear the medium size all day.But here is the bottom line. I have not sneezed for three days and my nose rarely runs anymore as long as I wear the filters. This was frankly a small miracle. I am looking forward to wearing them on airplane flights.

Comfortable, but chinsy flimsy filter part.
I was really hopeful that these would work, they’re surprisingly comfortable and I feel I could wear them all day. But the filters in them are very thin and flimsy…. I went to put them into my nose just to try them out and maybe my finger went through the filter part or something, because I went to remove them only a few mins later and the little cotton (or whatever it is) was ripped. Though, I didn’t notice that my finger went thru so I’m not sure what happened. Maybe when I flexed them to put them up my nose it ripped it? I’m not sure. But I feel like if my finger went thru it I would have noticed? SoI guess I’m not totally sure what happened. When I went to put them in my nose they were fine, took em out a few mins later and they were ripped. The only other alternative is maybe I breathe too hard and that’s what ripped them? Both are busted and seemingly in the same spot on both sides, so who knows. If they made them more durable and stronger filter part, I would totally try again because like I said, they were super comfy!
