Hotblocks are made from clean, sustainable, recycled wood. We have met the new regulations and have the certification from Ready to Burn. They are manufactured by us, in house in our British family rural based factory. The new legislation is all about helping to reduce particulate emissions and improve air quality. Hotblocks are extremely dry, more dense than logs and ready to burn. This means that they burn hotter and longer. They are also cleaner and easier to handle. Unlike logs the convenient rectangular shape means stacking and storage is really easy and efficient, so they take up very little space compared to logs. Hotblocks come in packs of 24. A half pallet contains 24 packs totalling 576 blocks, approx 480kg. We recommend that you store Hotblocks under cover to retain their quality before use. Delivery is included and the delivery company will ring you to arrange a convenient day. Please note that this product is delivered on a pallet. The delivery lorry (18 tonne) is contracted to deliver to kerbside only and will offload using a tail lift & pallet truck. Good access and level hard ground is required. Delivery drivers are not expected to manoeuvre the pallet beyond the rear of the vehichle but will always be as helpful as possible where conditions allow.
